To help all people obtain their best health by teaching them everything they need to know about controlling their movement system.
Your body moves with the help of three main systems that work together simultaneously: the musculoskeletal, neuromuscular and myofascial system.
By using anatomical, physiological and psychological concepts, we can help you learn how to control your body and change your life. No matter what health level, we are able to help you see significant gains in your life.
Fyzical Lakewood Ranch began as an idea by our CEO Sanjeev Joseph BPT MSPT. While working as a physical therapist, he innovated many new techniques to help his patients achieve optimal health. Not satisfied with the current state of healthcare, he decided to start his own practice to help many individuals achieve higher levels of health, while adding like minded therapists to help him bring a new brand of Physical Therapy to his community.
Meet the Team
Our team is a group of like-minded Physical Therapists dedicated to the enhancement of the human experience by teaching techniques to gain control over the human movement apparatus, governed by the musculoskeletal, neuromuscular and myofascial systems.
